Nyfik makes the Foggy mobile application available for your use. By downloading the Foggy app, you agree to the following terms of service. If you do not agree, do not download the app.
Terms of Service:
Use of the app is at your own risk.
We may change or remove access to Foggy at any time.
You may have the ability to provide comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas, original or creative materials, and other communications regarding the app and the information and services we make available through the app. If you provide feedback, you grant Nyfik a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to exploit the feedback in our communications, products and services. For this reason, do not send Nyfik any feedback if you do not want to give us this license.

To request deletion of your Foggy account and associated data, email us at support@nyfik.com with the subject line "Delete My Account." We'll confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 7 days.
