Nyfik is making the Foggy mobile application available to you as part of a beta release to test or use the app. By downloading the Foggy app, you agree to the following abbreviated terms of service. If you do not agree, do not participate in the beta release and do not download the app. 

Terms of Service:

• Use of the app is at your own risk and you understand that it may contain errors, design flaws or other problems. 

• We may change or remove access to Foggy at any time during the beta release. 

• You may have the ability to provide comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas, original or creative materials, and other communications regarding the app and the information and services we make available through the app. If you provide feedback, you grant Nyfik a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to exploit the feedback in our communications, products and services. For this reason, do not send Nyfik any feedback if you do not want to give us this license.

To request deletion of your Foggy account and associated data, email us at support@nyfik.com  with the subject line "Delete My Account." We'll confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 7 days.
